In support of the PAW Inc. 2022 Elections, DOTL is making a hybrid Leadership Certification Program available for individual desiring to serve as an officer within the PAW organization. With this certification, you will be empowered with leadership tools and complete your requirement to run for any PAW Inc. office.

Sessions include:

• Leading In Ambiguity (P1A)
• The Art of Delegation (P1A)
• Philosophy of Servanthood (P1B)
• Budget Designs (P1B)
• Understanding Human Behavior (P2A) (Note: Tablet or laptop required for assessment.) 

As a requirement, all individuals wanting to serve as an auxiliary officer must register for this course before accepting a nomination on or before April 30th and complete this course before elections open at the Convention. Therefore, Part One of the program is offered online and Part Two will be offered onsite on the Monday before elections open.

Part One (Virtual; 4 sessions; 2 days):

• Monday (P1A) and Tuesday (P1B), May 2-3, 2022 @ 8PM-10PM EST
• Friday (P1A) and Saturday (P1B), June 3-4, 2022 @ 8PM-10PM EST (Fr) and 8AM-10AM EST (Sa)

Part Two (On-site; 1 session; 1 day):

• Monday (P2A), August 1, 2022 @ 11AM-1PM CST
• Monday (P2A), August 1, 2022 @ 4PM-6PM CST
• Wednesday (P2A), August 3, 2022 @ 4PM-6PM CST (for IPYPU nominees ONLY)
